Like staying another month.
Sad that I have to leave.
Sad that it went so fast.

I will prove to the world nature is great and I will fight for it.
Great and refreshed.
I have lots of new friends and I learned important information.
Glad that I get to go home and sit.
Sad that we have to go because I have learned so much about how to get
to my career destination.
Like I don't want to go home.
I want to stay!! I love staying out in the mountains whether I'm roughing it
or not.
That I don't want to go home.
I learned a lot, and had fun.
We did more fun things than I expected.
Enlightened and sad that it is over.

Disappointed that it went by so fast.
I wish that I could stay longer and enlighten myself with more information.
Staying a couple more days wouldn't hurt nothing. 2. How would you rate the Great Basin
Experiment Education Center (GBEEC)?
Excellent: 26 Good: 1 Alright: 0

Put screens in the upstairs windows in the boys dorm.

The conditions were awesome.
It was fun, I liked it a lot and learned a lot.
Great staff, wonderful housing, presentations were great.
Bathrooms were not the greatest.

Scenerio activity?
Excellent: 20 Good: 7 Alright 0
What was the most interesting thing you learned about natural resources?
Comments: I learned how everything can be destroyed if just
one thing gets messed up.
I learned that I can do many things in one field
It was all very informative. All of the professionals were
indeed very professional.
The way everything fits together I learned so much it was all great.
Geology is awesome.
Everything about water.
To go for something. Made us think, work, and work as a group.
All the things about grazing that Jeff told us.
Everything.
Lots of the rays and forest and wildlife biology.
How the fire system works.
The stress of decision when trying to better the wilderness.
There's more to it than preserving the land, having natural disasters, and
having fun. It's complex.
How important balance is to nature and how delicate things are all around us.
That Quakey Aspens are all one plant organism.
There is so much that interferes and has to do with nature, it's confusing.
The most interesting thing was going out with Karen and actually getting to
see
and experience what a biologist did. It just got me so much more
excited to
enhance my knowledge and start my pathway to a career in this field
of study.
How to interact with people and know what we do effects the inviroment.
Everything _ I enjoyed answering the questions that were simple to me, others
didn't know.
Measuring trees.
How forest people drill trees. How rocks aren't put there, they fell from
the
mountain. It can be fun.
That everyone wants them and that everyone wants what they feel is best
for the land.
I was really interested in recognizing the o sign on the land that the
geologist showed us.
That every problem will always lead to another, but it's natural
and everyone needs to work together.
Everything.
How much it meant to preserve them as much as possible.
How landslides occur.
How they measure the rate of a stream flow.
I was very impressed with all the professionals.
I loved the hands on and so much info.

Comments: In the field should be shorter than
3 hrs, that's as long as church.
The wildlife was more of an interest conflict. I'm sure if I were more interested
it would be better.
I really liked forestry , fun.
Loved everything.
More info on how the wildlife effects the land.
They were all very informative and eager to teach us.
I really loved the range.
All classes were very well put together.
I liked'em all !! By the way Larry's awesome.

I felt they really wanted to make an impact on us.
You guys are cool..
I loved doing all of them it was fun.
All were great. I especially liked wildlife and range. Something I would
definitely consider as a career.
Were all #1, but forestry was very interesting.
Bob is totally cool 5. How would you rate the team building
games?
Excellent: 23 Good: 4 Alright 0
Comments: Our team wasn't always the winner
but we had so much fun and built trust
between us and they were awesome.
Really fun made you think.
Some of them were kind of dumb and embarrassing.
I didn't like the baby, was dumb I thought.
It allowed everyone to have a trust that is unsurpassable.
Loved them.
They communicated the value an need of teamwork in today's society.
I didn't care for the team I had, but the games were good.
The counselors would always refer to girls as weaker and not as good as boys
and that really pissed me off as a girl that is every bit as good
as the guys.
Sort of difficult.
We did okay on most, but we struggled on the baby one, we made it
through the web.
They helped us learn to work as a team better.
They were fun and really helped us get to know each other.
Fun.
It made me find out how to trust and believe everybody.
A blast.
I need a little more trust in peoples actions. Team work.
The baby one was stressful. 6.How was your overall camp experience?
Excellent: 26 Good: 1 Alright 0
Comments:
You found an awesome place and I will
always have this fun experience in my mind
because it was so much fun and I learned so much along with
the fun.
I don't want to leave.
I wish I could stay longer.
I loved it.
I really felt comfortable.
I learned bees and things I hate are part of this and I learned to like them.
I loved everything.
Thank You.
If I wasn't moving, I'd come back every year and work up to being a Counselor.
I love science and I had a lot of fun.
Great program.
I love meeting different people and learning what they are like.
I had a way better time than I thought.
I love the people and all the things we did.
It was a blast. I loved it.
I enjoyed interacting with everyone and hearing the different points
of views.
Fun.
It was fun and enjoyable and a very learning experience.
I can't believe all that I learned!
I don't want to leave. Next year I'd like to come as a Councelor.
Can I come back? 7.Would you recommend this natural
resources camp to other high school students?
Yes 26 No 0 8. What could we do to improve this
Natural Resources Camp?
Put in a lake with water skiing,
swimming, and maybe ice hockey, also a
ski run would be nice.
Try putting a scenerio in each investigation.
Try using a scenerio that really has been suggested for this land.
It's Perfect.
Pizza for dinner, Everything was perfect.
Shortening in the field w/professionals and have more hands on stuff.
The food was kinda gross.
Need to interact with other people in groups.
Make instructions more clear.
Better food and food on time.
More hands on experiences.
More in the field with the pro's.
More free time. Food on time.
I think that a down time right after lunch would be good so that we could
rejuvenate ourselves, because going from 6am - 11pm is hard on
teenagers.
The food gave me gas.
Not really sure - I enjoyed it too much. (I hope I can some again) maybe
as a counselor.
More variety of food (if you can help that) it was good though.
I think it is practically perfect in every way !
Thank you for the opportunity. It was one of the best experiences in my life.
I have a great deal of respect for the leaders and the instructors. THANK
YOU.
I hope this would help them with their careers.
Potatoes every meal not so good.
Maybe a long hike one day with everyone.
Every thing was fabulous.
